The Alberta Carbon Trunk Line is a large-scale CO2 pipeline that will gather CO2 from several sources in the Alberta’s Industrial Heartland outside Edmonton and transport it to existing mature oil fields throughout South-Central Alberta for enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
