Swan Hills Synfuels
Swan Hills Synfuels is a unique CCS demonstration project. The company plans to use in-situ coal gasification to convert deep (1400 m depth) unmineable coal into syngas. This gas will be used to produce electricity through a combined cycle-power generation process where CO2 will be captured and sold to EOR customers.
